Settings
Who has an FLR account, which apps each person can use, and how new people join.
New accounts waiting
Nothing is switched on until you’ve checked who each person is, with contact details FLR already holds (their work number from the staff list, or Teams on their existing work account) or through IT. Never use a number, address or message that came with the sign-up.
People & access
Manage an account, or review access to an app. Nothing changes until you press Save changes. The apps check access themselves too, so someone can’t get in by going to an app’s address.
What each role can do
User
Uses the tools switched on for them. Cost Estimator: reads every quote; creates, edits, approves, archives and exports them. Fleet Management: their own driving, once linked to their name. Annual Leave: their own leave and who’s off today. Fitter Schedule: photos and plates; the schedule itself needs the team passcode.
Admin
Everything a User can do, plus: approves leave and sees everyone’s, sees every driver and vehicle, sees van arrivals, and reassigns quotes. No settings.
Super Admin
Everything, including Hub settings (accounts, roles, apps and registration), the Cost Estimator’s prices, rules and wording, deleting quotes, and linking drivers to accounts. There’s always at least one.
Developer
Reads and exports quotes, with diagnostics and test data in the Cost Estimator; otherwise as a User.
Each tool also has to be switched on for the person.
People
No account matches that search.
No unsaved changes
Activity
Who did what on the Hub and in its apps, newest first. Every entry is kept with the name of whoever did it; nobody can change or delete one.
Registration
People register on the Hub with the FLR access code, which you share with staff in person.
New accounts get
Given when you approve a new account, unless you choose others then. Everyone already approved keeps their own apps, which you change under Accounts.
Roles assigned in advance
The role is given when you approve their new account, after you’ve checked who they are; registering with the address doesn’t give it. An account that’s already approved changes at once.
Likkle Jeff
The help button in the corner of every Hub page and the Fitter Schedule.
For everyone at once. Pages already open change the next time they’re opened or refreshed.
